How is Workforce Intelligence different from our existing HRIS reporting?
HRIS reports surface what employees claimed about themselves and what HR manually entered. Workforce Intelligence shows verified skills — scored through AI Simulations — aggregated automatically across teams, BUs, and role families. It’s a live intelligence layer built on evidence, not a reporting tool built on self-declaration.
What data sources feed into it?
Workforce Intelligence aggregates from five sources: CV and resume data (auto-parsed at onboarding), HRIS imports (100+ integrations), LinkedIn profiles, guided self-evaluations, AI Simulation scores, and AI Interview outputs. All five update the same unified skills profile in real time.
How quickly can we get a first view of our workforce?
Most customers have an initial skills map live within 2-4 weeks of kickoff — based on CV + HRIS auto-mapping alone, before any simulations run. The view enriches progressively as simulations and interviews complete. You don’t need to wait for 100% coverage to start making decisions.
Can we filter and slice the data by our org structure?
Yes. Workforce Intelligence mirrors your org hierarchy — filter by team, department, BU, location, cost center, or any custom grouping. All views (heat map, gap analysis, AI Readiness, mobility) respect the same filters.
Is Talk to Data available to every user or only admins?
Access is role-based. CHRO and HR leadership typically get full access. Team managers see their own team’s data. Individual employees see their own profile. Permissions are configurable at the tenant level during implementation.
