First, collaborate via chat with a Front-End Developer to diagnose and fix performance problems in the app, providing mentorship and ensuring solutions are correctly applied. Next, engage in a one-on-one chat with a Product Designer representing Sales, negotiating the feasibility and timing of a key feature promised to enterprise clients. Finally, present your launch recommendation in a voice call with the Product Designer, addressing concerns and confirming next steps. After these interactions, you will summarize the outcomes and decisions in a single text document for your manager.
To complete the simulation, you must:
- Confirm with the Front-End Developer that technical issues are resolved and the app is stable.
- Reach an agreement with the Product Designer on the delivery plan for the requested feature.
- Present your final recommendation and secure alignment on next steps in a voice call.
