You will step into the role of a Senior Consultant at Deleroi Partners, tasked with navigating a high-stakes scenario involving Brinson Logistics’ APAC expansion. Your mission is to engage in one-on-one conversations with three key stakeholders at Brinson Logistics: the CEO, CFO. Each stakeholder has unique concerns and priorities that you must uncover through targeted, open-ended questions and active listening.
Your goal is to build trust, adapt your communication style to each stakeholder’s personality, and gather actionable insights. Once you’ve synthesized the information, you’ll craft a compelling narrative that demonstrates how Deleroi Partners’ expertise aligns with Brinson Logistics’ goals and differentiates the firm from competitors. Throughout the process, you’ll report to Elena Varga, the Engagement Director, who will provide guidance and expect strategic insights to secure the client engagement.
