Fix a CSV importer that mistypes columns
Checks whether a convenient assumption gets questioned, since the first row alone cannot decide what a whole column means.schema.py is the column-type detection step of a CSV importer: a user uploads a file, and infer_schema(rows) reports each column's type and whether it is nullable so a typed table can be built. It guesses from the first data row alone and never looks at the rest — so a column that starts with whole numbers and later holds decimals is labelled integer, and a column with empty cells further down is never marked nullable. Make the inference consider all the data.30 min

What it measures
PythonAggregating evidence across an entire dataset to reach one conclusion per column.
Data preparation and preprocessingUnderstanding type widening and nullability as properties of a whole column, which is what makes an import succeed or fail at row 900.
Reasoning past the sampleRecognising that the first row is not the dataset — the bug class behind most import failures.
