At Anthropos, AI Simulations are how companies verify and develop skills. They’re immersive, real-life workplace scenarios where employees and candidates interact with AI-powered actors — through voice calls, chat, code editors, and documents — to demonstrate what they can actually do on the job.
This month, we’ve made major improvements to how simulations feel and perform.

Crystal-clear voice calls
We’ve rebuilt our voice infrastructure from the ground up. Calls now connect faster, sound clearer, and feel more natural. We’ve also added a wind-down phase in the last two minutes of every call — the AI actor gently prompts participants to wrap up, just like in a real meeting.
Global hosting for global teams
Participants in the US and Europe now connect to the nearest regional server, which means lower latency and a consistently smooth experience — no matter where your team is based.
Automatic connection check
Before a simulation begins, the platform now tests each participant’s connection for speed and stability. If something isn’t right, they’ll know before they start — not halfway through a call.
A redesigned task view
We’ve rethought how participants navigate tasks during a simulation. The task list now stays visible at all times, while the scenario brief appears as a clean overlay on top of the conversation. No more getting lost mid-simulation.
The result? Simulations that feel less like a test and more like a real day at work.
