How Anthropos is priced, how a proof of concept works, what's included in each plan, and how enterprise contracts are structured.

Pricing Model
How is Anthropos priced?

Anthropos Workforce (skills mapping, development, AI transformation): Per-user per-year — €599/user/year EU, $699/user/year US. Tiers: Free, Team, Business, Enterprise.

Anthropos Hiring (candidate assessment): Annual tiers — Starter (€7,900/year), Growth (€17,450/year), Scale (€39,680/year), Enterprise (custom).

Both products are available together in a combined enterprise arrangement.

Is pricing per user or per assessment?

Anthropos Workforce is per user per year — a fixed annual cost with no per-assessment charges on top. Anthropos Hiring is annual tiers based on volume; within each tier, there is no per-assessment charge.

What’s included in Anthropos Workforce?

All plans include: access to the full simulation library (300+), the full skills taxonomy (60,000 skills, 18,000 roles), skills mapping and self-assessment tools, Skill Path creation, skills gap reporting, and HRIS integration. Business and Enterprise tiers add custom simulation creation, Anthropos Studio, dedicated Customer Success, and advanced analytics.

Proof of Concept & Pilots
Can we run a proof of concept before committing?

Yes. Anthropos offers structured POCs covering: a defined use case, a defined participant population, agreed success metrics, and a results review session. POCs are priced €30,000–€100,000 depending on scope and run 4–8 weeks. They are designed to produce clear evidence for an internal business case, not just a product demonstration.

Is the POC cost deducted from the annual contract?

This depends on the specific arrangement negotiated. Some enterprise agreements include POC cost deduction; others treat the POC as a separate investment. Confirm with the Anthropos sales team during the proposal stage, before the POC contract is signed.

Do you offer free trials?

Anthropos does not offer self-serve free trials. The platform’s value depends on configuration — right simulations, integrated workflow, calibrated criteria. Instead, Anthropos offers a guided demo with scenarios relevant to your use case, and optionally a limited pilot with your own team before committing.

Enterprise Contracts
Do you offer custom enterprise contracts?

Yes. Enterprise contracts include: volume pricing for 1,000+ users, multi-year terms (2–3 years), custom SLAs, GDPR/DPA addenda, consolidated billing for multi-region deployments, and dedicated Customer Success. Minimum annual value is typically €100,000 for organizations with 500+ employees or high-volume hiring programs.
