Hey Wonderers!
Oh yes, you are guessing right! Working Wonders got a lift up over the weekend: now we have a new logo, a brand new style and, more importantly, a dedicated section on Anthropos’ website! There you can find all the links to the previous issues, if you missed one or if you wish to suggest an article to someone who hasn’t subscribed yet. I told you great things were coming! 🥰

And hey, by now we are quite a large group! Many new readers joined us along the way. So this is probably the best time to introduce myself again and explain a bit more of what we are doing here to all the new faces (or rather, email addresses) joining us on this whimsical journey through the world of work.

For those of you who missed my first introduction, let me share a bit about myself. Well, I am Emma. I’m in my 30s and, well by day, I am a young professional navigating the ups and downs of a corporate job, and by night, I transform into a writer with an insatiable curiosity for all things related to work and personal development.

Although I’m not a seasoned veteran in the workforce, having officially entered it less than a decade ago, I firmly believe that the quest for the right questions and the pursuit of the best answers can begin at any stage of our professional journey. It’s never too early to start wondering how to make our professional life better, and I believe we all need a safe space where we can discuss all the topics we are too afraid to ask our managers, our recruiters and HR people.

I’ve recently embarked on a new adventure at Anthropos, where I support the team as a Content Creator and every other week I write this newsletter, Working Wonders, sharing thought-provoking reflections on work-related topics. This project started out almost like a joke, but a bit more than three months after the first issue, it looks like we’re growing an interesting community of people interested in the world of work, its ups and downs, and most importantly, in how work is, for good and bad, one of the most prominent parts of our lives. Our mission is to explore it in a fresh, and, I hope, a genuinely helpful way. The world of work is a captivating yet complex realm. Sometimes it’s intimidating, occasionally it leaves us feeling uncertain and clueless, and other times, it’s awe-inspiring to consider the impact a job can have on enriching our existence.

Our readers? 👀 Well, they are as diverse as the world of work itself – whether you’re searching for your dream job, adoring your current role, loathing your daily grind, preparing for your first job, contemplating a career change, or striving to be the best version of yourself professionally. In short, if work is a part of your life, you’re in the right place. 💪

What do I write about? Well, basically anything related to work! Promotionschanging jobslooking for a new jobmanagement and much more! This newsletter is a shared space where we explore the nuances of work, personal development, and everything in between.

Today, considering how much our community has grown, I’d like to hear from you! This is your chance to let your voice be heard. What would you like to see more of in upcoming issues? Do you have burning questions or specific topics you’d like me to dive into? I’m all ears (well, eyes, technically) and eager to tailor our content to meet your interests and needs. 👂

📩 You can reply directly to this email. Let’s make Working Wonders even more wondrous together! After all, magic happens when we share our thoughts and experiences.

Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey. Here’s to many more issues of wonder and discovery!

Have an amazing day and see you in a couple of weeks, with Working Wonders #11 🚀
