Today we are announcing a new onboarding process for all our Individuals and Enterprise customers at Anthropos. Our focus is to help individuals and employees map and understand their skills while providing a great experience for everyone. The new onboarding helps our customers improve their employees skills mapping and all our users to better define their goals.
Improved skills mapping for companies
We haven’t only considered simplicity and design but also the benefits it could bring to companies themselves. Thanks to our platform, you will have the ability to map your people’s skills in seconds. Imagine having to do this entire process manually; it would waste a lot of your time. AI enhances this process and will make you forget about surveys and spreadsheets.
Our skill mapping process is based on a knowledge of over 60,000 skills and about 18,000 roles, which makes it very positive because many businesses use it to get a full picture of their team’s talents and then make smart moves. With this, you can effectively prepare your workforce for the challenges of the AI era.
Thanks to AI, we effortlessly connect the dots between skills, roles, and career paths. The visualization of your team will be even simpler and more intuitive than before.
How it works
Starting from scratch, we put ourselves in the shoes of a first-time Anthropos user. The profile import process begins with two simple choices. You can choose between LinkedIn and your resume. Clear explanations are included to prevent any confusion!
After selecting how to import your profile, you will move on to the skill mapping process. To learn more about how it works, follow this link: https://anthropos.work/product/skills-index/
Once the skill mapping is complete, the onboarding process continues. The first question you will be asked is, “What’s your current role?” You can freely enter any role, even if it’s not yet in our database. It will be added automatically for future use. This feature provides the flexibility to adapt the platform to the specific need and unique structure of your organization.
The onboarding then progresses with a set of questions to guide you through the platform. Thanks to the intuitive design, the interface is easy to navigate, and the user’s responses are processed almost instantly. For your team it’s even better – no waste of time!
Finally, the onboarding concludes with a series of cards allowing you to remove any identified skills that don’t match your current or past expertise. The cards are organized under categories containing related skills. This ensures your team accuracy and relevance without overwhelming users.
Removing a skill is simple. Just click on it, and an animation will show the skill being removed.
