As Head of Communications, your mission is to lead the rollout of Lumenix’s new company vision to three critical stakeholder groups: employees, investors, and journalists. You will begin by clarifying the vision and strategy with the CEO through a focused chat conversation, ensuring you understand objectives, success metrics, and sensitive topics. Next, you will announce the vision to a key employee via a voice call, addressing concerns and securing their support as a champion of the rollout. Finally, you will draft a single, polished media statement that articulates the new vision, acknowledges recent challenges, and outlines next steps for stakeholders. Throughout, you must balance transparency, credibility, and motivation, adapting your communication style to each audience. To complete the simulation, you must: - Engage in a chat with the CEO to clarify the new vision and strategy. - Hold a voice call with a key employee to announce the vision and address concerns. - Draft a single integrated media statement that communicates the vision, addresses challenges, and signals next steps. Once you have completed all tasks, save the required final document in a PDF or DOCX and send it to the CEO for review.
