You step into the role of Communications Manager, responsible for orchestrating the communications strategy for Lumina Labs’ upcoming product update launch. In a focused, real-time conversation with the Marketing Lead, you’ll be presented with a list of pending communication activities and must use the MoSCoW framework to prioritize them. Your goal is to resolve resource constraints, clarify conflicting leadership feedback, and align on a clear, actionable plan that supports both external adoption goals and internal readiness. The conversation will test your ability to structure priorities, address stakeholder concerns, and ensure the team is focused on the highest-impact deliverables for launch success. - Engage in a one-on-one conversation with the Marketing Lead to review and prioritize communication activities. - Apply the MoSCoW framework to categorize deliverables and clarify priorities. - Address and resolve concerns about resource limitations and leadership feedback. - Achieve alignment on a clear, actionable communications plan for the product update launch.
