Mission
As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing the client’s requests, Sophia Evans. You will interact with the development team, represented by Oliver Wilson (Senior Project Manager) and Zhao Ming Li (Technical Director), and with the client. You will need to balance the client’s needs with the technical capabilities and available resources, addressing potential conflicts and ensuring that all parties are aligned on the project goals. Your main actions will include:

1. Conducting a detailed cost and time analysis for the requested new features.
2. Preparing a clear and detailed proposal, including alternatives and compromises.
3. Presenting and negotiating the proposal with the client, clearly explaining the impacts on costs and timelines.
