Mission
As a Cloud Solutions Architect at Altus Cloud, you will be responsible for managing an initial meeting with the client and establishing a realistic project plan. You will primarily interact with Iskandar Zulkarnain, the client's Executive Director, and Feng Mei Wang, Altus Cloud's Sales Manager. You will need to balance Iskandar's high expectations with the project's technical feasibility, supported by Feng. During the meeting, you will make key decisions regarding the client's priorities, the feasibility of the required technologies, and negotiate a realistic project plan. You will report directly to Ashley Brett, Altus Cloud's Technical Director, who will provide constructive feedback and review the final work.
Expected Outcomes
To complete the simulation, you will need to produce a final document that includes:
- Client Request Analysis: Describe the client's ambitions and objectives, identifying priorities and assessing their realism.
- Technical Feasibility Assessment: Examine the required technologies and evaluate if the team has the necessary skills and resources to implement them.
