You are a Product Designer at Synora, a tech startup revolutionizing team collaboration tools.
Synora is a technology startup based in Milan, founded in 2021, specializing in the development of collaboration tools for business teams. Its platform integrates project management, real-time communication, and document sharing, reducing the need to use multiple separate tools. Thanks to a seed funding round of 2 million euros and over 15,000 active beta users, Synora is preparing for the launch of its MVP, scheduled in six weeks. However, the company faces significant challenges, including balancing innovative features requested by users with technical constraints, as well as internal tensions between stakeholders with conflicting priorities. The success of the launch is crucial to consolidate Synora's position in the market and attract new investors.
In the role of Product Designer, your task is to facilitate dialogue between Synora's main stakeholders to create a shared priority list for the MVP. You will need to conduct individual conversations with Alessio Moretti, the Product Manager, who pushes for innovative features to impress customers; Sofia Rinaldi, the Lead Engineer, who insists on the importance of respecting technical constraints and ensuring product stability; and Marco Bellini, the Head of Product Development, who provides strategic guidance and general oversight. During these interactions, you will need to negotiate, balance conflicting needs, and build consensus to ensure that the product meets user expectations, business objectives, and technical requirements.
