Inkspire Studio is a leading mid-sized company in the lifestyle stationery market, known for its innovative and eco-friendly planners. With a strong reputation for blending functionality and design, the company has achieved industry recognition and a loyal customer base. Inkspire Studio’s success relies on close collaboration between creative and logistical teams, using advanced tools to ensure efficiency and quality. However, this collaborative culture is currently threatened by internal conflict, putting both project timelines and key business relationships at risk.
As the Team Lead for Product Development, you are tasked with resolving a critical personality-driven conflict between a Product Designer and a Supply Chain Coordinator. Through a series of one-on-one voice calls, you will gather each person’s perspective, identify the root causes of their tension, and guide both toward practical solutions. Your approach should remain impartial, focusing on active listening, neutral questioning, and steering conversations toward shared goals. After understanding both sides, you will propose actionable behavior adjustments to each stakeholder and secure their commitment to improved collaboration.
- Conduct individual voice calls with each stakeholder to understand their viewpoints and the impact of the conflict.
- Summarize key insights and propose practical, mutually beneficial behavior changes.
