They utilize advanced tools like Microsoft Project, Tableau, and Adobe Creative Suite for project management, which enhances team collaboration. ## Challenge The primary challenge in this simulation is to manage team dynamics that have soured after a complex project for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Disagreements between Harry Davies, a data analyst, and Linda Brown, a creative designer, have led to tensions. The player must address these issues to ensure a positive and productive work environment. ## Mission As a Project Manager, your task is to manage post-project team dynamics. This involves one-on-one interactions with team members to understand their concerns and foster a collaborative atmosphere. You will conduct individual interviews with Harry Davies and Linda Brown, analyze the gathered information to pinpoint the causes of the tensions, and create an action plan to enhance collaboration and resolve conflicts.
