As the Product Marketing Manager at Luminote, your mission is to address stagnating adoption rates by developing actionable customer personas. You will analyze qualitative user insights provided by Sarah Nakamura, the Senior UX Researcher, to identify patterns and themes that reflect user needs. Then, you will translate these insights into personas that align with marketing strategies and balance the competing priorities of the sales and product teams. Carlos Mendoza, the Regional Sales Representative, will advocate for enterprise-specific features, while Priya Kapoor, the Director of Marketing Strategy, will provide high-level guidance and hold you accountable for delivering personas that resonate with users and support Luminote’s business goals.
