You will interact with the CFO of ModaNordic AB, a fast-growing fashion brand. The CFO is highly skeptical of SaaS vendors due to a previous failed implementation that led to significant financial losses and damaged credibility. ModaNordic’s finance team is overwhelmed by manual invoice processing and has experienced costly forecasting errors. The CFO expects clear, data-driven communication and is resistant to vague promises or marketing language. Your mission is to engage the skeptical CFO in a real-time voice call. Begin with a professional introduction and acknowledge the unexpected nature of the outreach. Use strategic, concise questions to uncover at least two specific pain points in the company’s financial workflows. Listen actively, summarize the CFO’s concerns, and connect EasyFinance’s features directly to the challenges discussed. Handle objections calmly and provide data-backed reassurances.
