Your mission is to conduct real-time, one-on-one chat-based discovery conversations with two prospects: the Finance Lead at a pharmaceutical company and the Corporate Travel Manager at a telecommunications firm. You’ll need to quickly build rapport, ask insightful questions, and uncover each prospect’s business travel challenges, compliance needs, and interest in sustainability features. After gathering all relevant information, you’ll synthesize your findings and provide a clear, evidence-based recommendation to your sales manager on which prospect(s) should move forward in the sales process.
