In the “Automotive Go-To-Market Scenario,” you will step into the role of a newly hired Business Development Representative at Bytek. Your mission is to create a Go-To-Market strategy tailored to the automotive sector, specifically targeting car dealerships. To achieve this, you will engage in one-on-one conversations with two key NPCs: Alex Ross, the Sales Team Manager, and Sarah Wood, the Senior Product Marketing Manager. Alex will provide high-level guidance and review your strategy to ensure alignment with Bytek’s sales objectives. Sarah will share detailed insights into the Bytek Prediction Platform, its use cases, and the automotive market.
Your tasks include defining segmentation criteria for dealerships, identifying target companies, pinpointing key decision-maker roles, and drafting a multichannel outreach sequence tailored to one role. You will synthesize the insights gathered from Alex and Sarah into a single, actionable strategy document that demonstrates Bytek’s ability to address dealership pain points and deliver measurable outcomes.
To complete the simulation, you need to:
