As the Product Manager at ItalTech, your mission is to finalize the strategic roadmap for SmartRoute 2.0. You will mediate between two key stakeholders: Senior Sales Strategist Daniel Moretti and Principal Software Engineer Laura Chen. Daniel emphasizes the importance of prioritizing client-driven features, such as real-time traffic updates and third-party platform integration, to meet market demands and secure high-value clients. Laura, on the other hand, highlights technical constraints, resource limitations, and the need to maintain product quality. Your task is to engage in one-on-one conversations with both stakeholders to gather insights, negotiate compromises, and synthesize their inputs into a cohesive plan.
