Your Mission
In the role of DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and executing the migration process. You will need to make crucial decisions regarding migration planning, selecting Azure services, managing issues and delays, and presenting the final report. Your action plan will be as follows:

1. Assessment of the current infrastructure: You will conduct a detailed analysis of EcomX’s current IT infrastructure to understand the needs and requirements of the migration.
2. Migration planning: You will create a detailed plan for migrating EcomX’s IT infrastructure to Azure, taking into account requirements, timelines, and costs.
3. Highlighting risks: You will draft a detailed report on potential issues that may arise during the migration and suggest solutions to resolve them.

During the simulation, you will apply and enhance a range of technical skills, including Azure cloud migration, CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes. Additionally, you will develop soft skills such as problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

Your Goal
