Your primary task is to navigate the differing communication preferences and work styles of both teams to foster effective collaboration. You will engage in one-on-one chats with key stakeholders: Linda, the Lead Developer from the acquired team, and James, the Senior Developer from the original team. Your goal is to understand their concerns and preferences, mediate between their differing communication styles, and establish agreed-upon communication practices that respect both teams’ needs. You will report to Kate, the Manager of Team Managers, who will provide guidance and review the final working agreement.
