Immediately after the interview, you transition to a live debrief with Giulia Conti, the Head of Customer Support. Here, you deliver a concise, data-backed evaluation of Carlos’s strengths and potential risks, and provide a clear recommendation on whether to advance, hold, or reject the candidate. Throughout both conversations, you must listen actively, ask targeted questions, and communicate your findings clearly and professionally.
