The player must navigate complex purchasing structures and regional constraints, addressing concerns about data migration, training requirements, and potential downtime. The goal is to build consensus among stakeholders, considering regional constraints and the potential impact on operational efficiency, ultimately achieving a commitment to consider PrimeSoft's unified software solution.
In this simulation, you assume the role of the Global Account Executive at PrimeSoft. Your primary responsibility is to persuade key stakeholders at GlobalTech to consider consolidating their multiple software vendors into a unified solution provided by PrimeSoft. You will interact with the Global CIO, Lars Nyberg, who supports vendor consolidation, and Regional IT Directors, such as Mei Ling from the Asia-Pacific region, who are resistant to change due to their loyalty to existing providers.
